Q - How do I know my order is secure?
A - We understand your concern for having your personal information secure. All Payments are processed through WorldPay's secure server. We do not keep any credit card information on our site. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. Also we will never share, sell, or trade your personal information to other parties.

Q - How long will it take to receive my order?
A - Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 24 hours or on the following day. In the U.K. the estimated delivery time is 1-2 days. Usually next day. Overseas is 5-7 business days. Q - What about faulty items and refunds?
A- Products are well packed and should arrive in excellent condition. If, for any reason, a product arrives faulty then Paradise Music will immediately replace the damaged item or refund in full.
